On rare occasions, in the middle of the Northern Peninsula on Lake Ginninderra, a stroll along the internal road between Dulwa Beach and Bimbi Beach at Diddams Close can offer a chance encounter.
The road passes by fenced-off grassland with views across to the distant Brindabella Mountains and more stunning foliage colour in the foreground. There’s the odd opportunity of saying hello to very fat and curious Hereford Cattle across the fence with Kangaroos grazing amongst them.
